If you PREPARE a query you can assign it a name which will then be logged. If a query does not have a name you end up seeing <unnamed> where the name would go. You indeed have issues if simple query parsing is taking 3.5 seconds... I don't know the specifics of how these are measured and you provided insufficient information for anyone to hazard even a guess.
