Hello
When you install pgcluu, this program will need some perl modules that
normally they are not installed in our OS
For this reason the installation stop some times.
You must search the different modules required in the internet and
install them.

Well at this point you are dead in the water, all the
other steps are bound to fail.
Are you sure pgcluu-2.0.tar.gz is there?
If it is, then it may be corrupted, so try downloading it
again.
