I want to link Postgresql client to my Qt project but I noticed that

which is not suiatble for static linking.
How can I link statically my application with Postgresql client?
P.S.
I'm using mingw48_32 not msvs; usually mingw48_32 uses *.a files for
static linking not *.lib
