I'm connecting from 192.168.0.74 and I commented line5 as following:

local   all             postgres                                peer
local   all             all                                     peer
host    all             all             127.0.0.1/32            md5
host    all             all             ::1/128                 md5
#local   replication     postgres                                peer
#host    replication     postgres        127.0.0.1/32            md5
#host    replication     postgres        ::1/128                 md5
#host   all     all     0.0.0.0/0       md5
hostnossl        all     all     0.0.0.0/0       reject
hostssl all     all     0.0.0.0/0       md5
