Regarding Postgres Plus Associate Certification

Hi to everybody, i just wanna ask you if somebody that already has the certification or if is studying to get it knows if there's a book (or a set of books) that you recommend me that contains most of the necessary information to cover the topics of the certification, that are the next:

• Installation
• Configuration
• Creating and Managing Databases
• Introduction to PSQL
• pgAdmin III
• Security basics
• SQL
• Backup and Recovery
• Point-in Time Recovery
• Routine Maintenance
• Postgres Data Dictionary
• Moving Data

Or if the documentation is enough to cover those topics, because i want to study to get the certification.
