Thanks, I finally get it - this works fine:

# select 'axxxxxyz' ~ E'(.)\\1\\1';
 ?column?
----------
 t
(1 row)

# select 'ОШИБББКА' ~ E'(.)\\1\\1';
 ?column?
----------
 t
(1 row)
