I doubt you'll find one. http://wiki.postgresql.org/wiki/Oracle probably has something useful, and http://ora2pg.darold.net Given it's not a desperately huge database your best bet might just be to build a scratch system or VM (if a dump is less than 30gigs it's the sort of size you can handle on your laptop) and just do it. Convert the schema manually and import the exported data, or use ora2pg to automate some of it, then ask questions when you hit specific problems. If you're using stored procedures things get more interesting, and they'll need to be rewritten. Once you've got the data ported you'll likely need to rewrite some of the queries your apps use, as oracle has some differences.
