Some shops are going opposite way -- from PostgreSQL to MySQL like databases because of missing replication features. The 9.1 caught up but there is no multi-master replication like in Percona's XtraDB cluster: http://www.percona.com/software/percona-xtradb-cluster/ Postgres-XC can solve this missing multi-master replication issue but "nobody" knows that this project exists. Another project is "Galera Cluster for PostgreSQL" (Galera is used in XtraDB) but this looks like vaporware... -- Ondrej Ivanic (ondrej.ivanic@xxxxxxxxx) -- Sent via pgsql-general mailing list (pgsql-general@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx) To make changes to your subscription: http://www.postgresql.org/mailpref/pgsql-general
