WITH and WITH RECURSIVE in single query

Hi.

Is here any way to combine WITH and WITH RECURSIVE into single query?

Something like:

WITH t AS (some complicated select to speed up recursive part),
RECURSIVE r AS 
(
...
UNION ALL

...
)

?
