Rimu hosting allows you to install whatever you want, including Postgres... which I have done before now. If your project is in support of Open Source software in any way, ask what discount they can offer, they have been pretty generous in that arena. http://rimuhosting.com/ Like many hosting companies, they allow you to install & run Postgres, but do not provide support for it. Although given the technical competencies of their support staff, you may find one of them will be able to help anyway.
