Oh btw, the file does actually exist..  Maybe it's missing some
permission or something?

ls -l /opt/PostgreSQL/9.0/lib/postgresql/uuid-ossp.so

/opt/PostgreSQL/9.0/lib/postgresql/uuid-ossp.so
