Problem with Constraint Exclusion ON

Hello All,

I am facing problem with constraint exclusion in table partitioning.

I have master table and 10 child table's with list partitioning.

constraint exclusion ON works for all the check constraint except for the "NOT IN " check constraint.

Is this an expected ?
