I think you need to add explicit casts, let me explain:
EXTRACT(year ...) returns an INT, but replace(...) expects a TEXT or a

similar type. Try to add a ::TEXT after the EXTRACT(...) - function:
extract (year from ...)::text
Maybe there are more occurrences ...
