I want to run PHP on Apache.
You are totally off list this message must have not been posted here
You may try
apachefriends.org for a full PHP + Apache + PostgreSQL install
All you have to do is download the package ~ 29 Mb and do the usuall
next next style of windows of install
then search for file php.ini and on line 479 remove the ";"
reading
extension=php_pgsql.dll
Restart and you would be able to run Apache + PHP + PostgreSQL
