This is good advice, by the way. Greg's book is great, especially for newly minted DBAs who might have trouble deciding on where to start. Though from what I've been seeing on the list recently, they need to have him update it for 9.2 and 9.3 with all of the changes in the last couple versions. There are also a ton of considerations regarding new Linux kernel settings.
