We are looking for a PostgreSQL Database Administrator
Overview
- Administer PostgreSQL needs for clients in both on-prem and
AWS emvironments.
- Manage PostgreSQL needs throughout the development lifecycle
- Perform scripting and automation.
- Design and develop logical and physical database designs from
customer requirements.
- Provide guidance in the creation and modification of standards
and procedures.
- Onsite (Washington DC area) 20 - 25% of the time
Skills:
- Ansible
- PostgreSQL Database Administrator/Architect
- In depth knowledge of PostgreSQL Architecture
- Python Development
Nice to have
- Experience with DevOps
- Experience with RDS
- Greenplum Experience
