Description: Our company develops software for streamlining processes in the medical and pharmaceutical industries. 

We are looking for full-time Perl programmer to work with our existing programmers to further develop and maintain our software projects. The systems use a combination of Perl/GTK, XML, SSL and SQL running on Linux servers. The requirements are that you can demonstrate knowledge and aptitude in the dealing with the above-mentioned areas of expertise. Where you lack knowledge, we require a willingness to learn and develop yourself. 

You will be working closely with our existing team. We require a dependable professional to work in this role, who is a team player, and works well within groups. 

Our systems are built around a client/server relationship. They use Perl and the GTK Toolkit on the front-end, and Perl and other technologies on the back-end. Communication is leveraged in real-time via XML over SSL. Linux knowledge is a plus, but not necessary initially.
