MySQL DBA (train on PostgreSQL)- Reston, VA- estab. firm has cutting edge "start-up" culture

I am an independent, hourly Recruiter/Head Hunter and this opening is for one of my best clients located in Reston, VA (outside Wash., DC) who have hired me exclusively to find them a MySQL DBA to train on PostgreSQL (ideally candidate will have both) for this permanent, internal staff position. Please contact me if you are potentially interested or if you know someone who might be. There is no fee or contract in any way for you anyone you might be able to refer to me. My contact info is below.

A bit about my client:

My client is a well established technology services company and has about 60 employees. It is quite unique with its “start up software/silicon valley-like company culture”, which means that they are looking for individuals who have the “pizzazz" and high-tech savvy” to think out of the box, and who want to work for a company interested in staying current with leading edge technologies.

They have developed a SaaS platform for approximately 1200 Non Profit clients, 20,000 client users (aka campaign managers) and over 80 million supporters under management, and in 2012 they sent well over 10 billion emails on behalf of their clients. Currently they are also under-going a technology re-start and they are looking to expand their permanent, salaried, technical staff in the Reston, VA and Wash., DC offices to assist their efforts to re-build a significant portion of their technology platform. Thus, the creation of this position since this DBA will play a strong role alongside the company Data Architect in the migration and ETL of 90 % of their data from MySQL to PostgreSQL over the next two years.
