Error in production postgresql database

Hi ,

We are getting below error.

psql: error: connection to server on socket "/tmp/.s.PGSQL.5444" failed: FATAL: could not open shared memory segment "/PostgreSQL.4163887167": No such file or directory...

What is the cause of above error and solution ?
