I wanted to understand if there is any way or any references apart from release notes which summarize all the migration breaking changes between different PostgreSQL versions.

 

Let us say for example, I want to migrate from PostgreSQL version 9.5 to 13. Is there any way we get the collated list of changes related to migration from 9.5 --> 9.6 --> 10 --> 11 --> 12 -->13.
