I got an error issue with pg_basebackup from sql01 to sql02.
I Initdb on sql01 fine and created replicauser, set all parameters in
postgresql.conf, and authenticate connection in pg_hba.conf. When I
run pg_basebackup, could not connect to server: connection time out. Is
the server running on host "x.x.x.204" and accepting TCP/IP connections
on port 5432.
I see the listen for port 5432 on sql01 but not in sql02.
Check your listen_addresses setting in postgresql.conf.
