Postgres windows binary

Hi Admins

I am looking for the postgres binary for windows. The link below is the  correct one ?

https://www.postgresql.org/ftp/source/

If I go to a subfolder (source → v12.2) -->  https://www.postgresql.org/ftp/source/v12.2/  , i can see the files below. Which one will be the windows binary?

postgresql-12.2.tar.bz2

postgresql-12.2.tar.bz2.md5 

postgresql-12.2.tar.bz2.sha256 

postgresql-12.2.tar.gz 

postgresql-12.2.tar.gz.md5

postgresql-12.2.tar.gz.sha256
