Can we achieve CASE INSENSITIVE in PostgreSQL?

I mean, need below way

postgres=# select * from emp;

 eid | ename

-----+-------

   1 | aaa

   2 | AAA

(2 rows)

postgres=# select * from emp where ename='aaa';

 eid | ename

-----+-------

   1 | aaa

   2 | AAA

(2 rows)
