Zabbix and nagios are old school monitoring tools.
Try to setup your own monitoring stack using (node_exporter+ postgres_exporter), Prometheus and Grafana.
Checkout pgmonitor from crunchydata
And check the latest slide pack on PostgreSQL monitoring using Prometheus n Grafana from Gregory Stark
