Carrie,
I agree with Fabio’s suggestion of learning psql and the handful of other command line utilities that most of us use to administer (and script the administration) of PostgreSQL. There is nothing that you can do in pg_admin that you can’t do at the command line. A good book — there are several available — may help you quickly get comfortable working comfortably mouse-free.
Cheers,

Hi Carrie,The alternative to the mouse, is the keyboard. As a generic tip, valid basically for everything browser-based..Try perhaps making more use of 'tab' to move between fields and use thekeyboard in a complimentary way to shortcut your mouse actions.Else, learn the command line way of managing PostgreSQL. You won'tregret it.regards, fabio pardiOn 08/29/2018 08:09 PM, Berlin, Carrie E (CTR) wrote:Through my job I have to use the following gui version of pg_admin
Too much dependency on mouse is bad for my arm.
