That is what the log says:

"listen_addresses"

"/etc/postgresql/9.5/main/pg_hba.conf"
2017-06-04 10:25:38 ICT [938-3] FATAL:  could not load pg_hba.conf

That is line 74
listen_addresses = '*'

copied from manual

so i am lost
