Hi,

PostgreSQL is released under the "PostgreSQL License", a liberal Open Source license, similar to the BSD one:

http://www.postgresql.org/about/licence/

So you can include PostgreSQL in your commercial applications

 and sell them. But you must explicitly specify that your application is based on

PostgreSQL RDBMS.
