postgresql91-devel no include [pg_config] ??

Hi.

I run this:

[root@282968 home]# yum install postgresql91-devel
...etc.
...etc
...etc

Why PgSQL 9.1 no have {pg_config} ??

What I need do to have my {pg_config} ??

I go to:
http://archives.postgresql.org/pgsql-novice/2006-10/msg00056.php
And I read solution = yum install postgresql91-devel

Please help.
