Nope, Hot Backup (Online Backup) of PostgreSQL, on One OS/File System
is not compatible with the Other OS/FileSystem.

If you want to Move the Database from One OS/File System to
other OS/Filesystem then use pg_dump/pg_dumpall command to take the
backup of database.
