Thank you for your reply, I was wondering if anyone has
encountered problems setting up PITR with 8.2.4?
Unfortunately our live system runs 8.2.4 and it is quite tricky
to upgrade it right now.
By the way where can I find a how to use pitr-tools?

I remember trying to setup it with 8.1 and It did not work.
