Database Import..Please Help Me

Good Day. I like to “Import Database” Using the postgresql-8.3.7-1-windows.

 

But, at here I did not see any “IMPORT DATABASE FEATURES”…

 

Could you please help me...?

 

I am trying to Import the File But cannot…

 

Herewith I attach the “Database”….to ease your understanding...
