Yes, there should be no COLUMN keyword in this statement.

copy mytable (Affidabilita_stratigrafica,Ambiente,Anno,Componenti_geologici)
FROM E'c://export_us_sg4.csv' with delimiter ',' csv quote as '"';

This should work better.
