Trying to compile Postgres 8.3.6 and configure fails with readline lib
missing, I have readline installed , please see all info bellow,
OS: Linux RHES x-64 bits installation.

If you have readline already installed, see config.log for details on the
failure. It is possible the compiler isn't looking in the proper directory.
Use --without-readline to disable readline support.
