per client connection pooling?

Hi all,
I'm newbie.

I'm looking limit connections per clients. If client is doing critical operation then I would increase number connection for that client and if client has bad written script and
and is doing DOS on database, then automatically number of allowed connections become 0. So that I can dynamically prevent DOS attacks and at the same time help clinets
doing good business
