Are you sure?
'GRANT USAGE ON DATABASE...' is invalid syntax. You probably want
'GRANT CONNECT ON DATABASE...'.
Ah - it had been a while since I originally set it up. I just tried
"GRANT CONNECT", and the problem still exists. Thanks for the
suggestion. :)
