enable logging on windows

Hi,

I'am using PL/java for stored procedures. These stored procedure do 
some logging. From the documentation I read that the java logging is 
rerouted to the postgresql logging. But I dont manage to get the 
postgresql logging enabled. Can some one tell me how to enable 
postgresql logging on windows.
