Win2000 professional / Error message while installing PostgreSQL "Failed to create process: 2! ".

Hi all,

I just tried to install postgresql 8.1 in windows 2000 professional.
After selecting language option, clicking NEXT button gives the message "Failed to create process: 2!" and exits.

In postgresql site, its under bug no 1872 and no solutions found.
