Patch d4dsize Needed

Hi, there,

I am a postgres 8.0 user. I need the function pg_relation_size in dbsize
patch. Where I can get it? An email attachment is preferred. 

This is the first time I apply a patch to postgres. Please give me
detailed instruction.
