It actually seems to be a problem with one of the machines his message is

Something seems a little odd with the MXs from the geonet.de side, as you can 
see with the qMail handoff, plus I tried to connect to the servers using 
telnet to diagnose, and it seems that they are unreachable. My guess is that 
its his ISP that is causing the issue and not the Mailman server at RedHat.
