Hi,

We are trying to configure PAM in such a way that Linux user authentication should be done by IBM Tivoli directory server 6.0(ITDS6.0).

We are able to login through ITDS6.0 and we can successfully able to change password of user with command "passwd", but after changing password we are not able to login to that user because password after modification stored in encrypted form in ITDS6.0.

Note : Password encryption is ITDS6.0 is none.
ibm-slapdPwEncryption: none

Users password before modification in ITDS6.0 as follows:

userPassword=ibm4

Users password after modification new password is "sec001ret" but in ITDS6.0 is as follows:

userPassword={crypt}$1$UahfwVJr$iLHbe7QxhomoiP80CEGLG/

Can you please tell me how should I get users passwords in plain text? (Plain text mean same password policy of ITDS6.0)

Thanks in advance,
Nilesh.
