I need to be able to limit ssh access to a server to a list of users. A non-root (non-admin) user needs to be able to modify this list. I have done this using "pam_listfile.so". But, I also need users in an "admin" group and the "root" ID to be able to ssh to the server. Any ideas on how I can accomplish this?
