Hi, Using su gives me : [igmar@xxxxx igmar]$ su Password: su: ../../../libraries/libldap/unbind.c:40: ldap_unbind_ext: Assertion `( ( ld )->ld_options.ldo_valid == 0x2 )' failed. su: ../../../libraries/libldap/unbind.c:40: ldap_unbind_ext: Assertion `( ( ld )->ld_options.ldo_valid == 0x2 )' failed. Aborted The rest works as expected. [root@xxxxx pam.d]# rpm -q glibc glibc-2.2.4-32 [root@xxxxx pam.d]# rpm -q glibc glibc-2.2.4-32 [root@xxxxx pam.d]# rpm -q pam pam-0.75-46.7.1 drwxr-xr-x 4 1002 1000 4096 06-12 09:49 pam_ldap-164 [root@xxxxx igmar]# rpm -q openldap openldap-2.1.2-2 Most of the above is compiled from scratch with gcc 2.95.3. Anyone got a clue where to start looking ?? The stange thing is that the above only seems to happen when using su..
