Debian 3.0 is not a released operating system. For questions about Debian testing/unstable, which is prerelease software, please consult the debian-user or debian-devel mailing list first in the future. You should be subscribed to one or both of these mailing lists anyway if you're running testing/unstable, and the people there will be better able to help you with Debian-specific problems.
