Hi there.

I have encoutered a problem configuring my Linux system with pam_ldap.

I have only changed the /etc/pam.d/login file. It has been changed to use pam_ldap has the auth method.
The problem is that if the user exists in the system (passwd, shadow, etc) I can login to the system ( the passwodr is checked agains the ldap server) But if the user does not exists in the system, I get the following message:

Sep 29 10:59:33 localhost PAM_pwdb[1502]: (login) session opened for user teste by LOGIN(uid=0)
Sep 29 10:59:33 localhost login[1502]: Insufficient credentials to access authentication data

I think that it is access rights to some files. could anyone help me?

thanks
