Problem to compile MOD_AUTH_PAM for Apache 2

I have some trouble compiling the module  MOD_AUTH_PAM 
for Apache 2 under Solaris 8. I got the following error message:

"mod_auth_pam2.c", line 330: warning: initialization type mismatch
"mod_auth_pam2.c", line 330: non-constant initializer: op "U&"
cc: acomp failed for mod_auth_pam2.c
apxs:Error: Command failed with rc=65536

Has anyone an idea what is going wrong or did I forgot something?
