USPTO Announces Expansion of Peer-to-Patent
Peer-to-Patent Pilot Extended for Another Year
The US Patent and Trademark Office has announced the extension of the Peer-to-Patent pilot for another year as well as its expansion to include pending patent applications for Business Methods (Class 705).  The expansion also increases the number of applications that may be posted on the Peer-to-Patent site from 250 to 400.
