Re: Openssl build debug libraries for Windows

You would have to create a new .conf file in the Configurations
subdirectory with a new configuration target that would inherit the
desired configuration target for Windows and define the shlib_variant
value to contain "d". Configuring the build with this new target would
produce .dll libraries with names suffixed with d.
