Bad Idea.

Been a lurker mostly. Email that I download is mine to keep, index,
archive, and free from any political influence. I can refer to these
emails several years later. The same cannot be said for GitHub, a
"for-profit" entity, owned by Microsoft. If openssl user discussion is
hosted on github, several things will go wrong at some point in the
future. It is not a question of "if", rather "when".
