Note that RH 6 is out of support and it will be hard to find support for it anywhere.

There still is support for Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6. It's provided
as part of the Extended Life-cycle Support, available till 30th of June 2024:

and OpenSSL is part of the ELS Inclusion List:
