openssl 1.1.1 debugging

hello

is it possible to have some kind of debug server which will always use the same data, so i can debug the code ?

i mean i have openssl working with tls 1.3 and ssl3 on unbuntu, which i could compare the logs with the ones on the sparc, so i can find out where it goes wrong ?
